Diverse Instruction

I've instructed around the world teach people from all sorts of backgrounds and walks of life. I've professionally instructed at major universities, governments, private businesses, and a variety of organizations. My approach towards teaching is to keep it interesting and base it in real world evidence and personal experience.

Real World Experience

There's a lot of information being taught on emergency preparedness based on case studies and historical evidence which is great. My personal experience includes extensive study on both natural disasters and violent conflict. It also includes experiencing it personally and professionally throughout my life.

Passion and Lifestyle

It's one thing to teach, its another thing to live what you do. My passion for emergency preparedness goes beyond just teaching. I live what I talk about everyday in both a professional and personal capacity. All the things I teach I put into practice for myself, my family, and the community live in. I've currently work in emergency management, have a leadership role in non-profits, and continue to provide education to individuals and organizations to increase community preparedness and resilience.

Hi, I’m Chris

I have over 20 years of experience teaching emergency preparedness, firearms/defense, and physical training / personal readiness.

I served as a Special Operations Capable Force Reconnaissance Marine and Scout Sniper with eight years operational experience in that field along with additional experience as a private military contractor working both high risk security and teaching to law enforcement and military personnel around the world.

I've taught over a thousand plus people from different backgrounds, experiences, ages, and languages across the world.

I have been a survivor of both violent events and multiple disasters. I've assisted in disaster aid for various events, and experienced them firsthand.

I live what I do every day by working as an Emergency Planner overseeing planning for more than half a million people with an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of governmental entities at every level. Also by continuing to educate and prepare myself, family, and friends.
